Can a ring be resized?

Whether a ring can be resized or not depends on multiple factors such as the design and the new ring size required. Please get in touch with our customer care team via call, chat, or email to confirm whether resizing is possible. They will guide you further.

How much will it cost?

• Depending on the new ring size required, there may be an increase or decrease in the cost of the ring.
• If there is an increase in cost, you will be required to pay the difference via bank transfer or cash on delivery.
• If there is a decrease in cost, we will refund the differential amount to you.
• Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• This service is not available for international orders (orders shipped outside the UK).

Repairs

• The first step is to get in touch with our customer support team, who will help you determine whether repairs are needed.
• You will then be required to send the product back to us.
• On receiving the product, we will provide you with a repair estimate. Once full payment is received, the product will be repaired and returned to you.
• Repair charges are determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• This service is not available for international orders (orders shipped outside the UK).
